Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from VITI.

If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within **14 days of receiving your order**.

**To be eligible for a return:**

- The item must be **unused**, in its **original condition**, and **with tags** (if applicable).

- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

**Refunds:**

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
